the following sciatica related questions to determine if
you are at risk of Sciatica...
1. Do you spend 4 or more hours per day sitting
in a desk chair or on the couch? If so, how is your
posture? Does your chair support your
back?
2. Do you lift heavy objects on a daily
basis?
3. Do you exercise regularly and stretch
frequently?
4. Do you overuse certain muscle groups during
exercise or training, running, cycling, weight
lifting?
5. Are you obese, overweight, or diabetic? Those
are all contributors to sciatica and other back pain
issues.
6. If you are pregnant, you may also be at risk
of sciatica.
Other factors that contribute to sciatic and
back pain are age, injury, occupation, etc. For examples,
Nurses, Doctors and Dentists often have sciatic pian. If
