Can You Really Stetch Away that Sciatic
Pain?
You will be
relieved to know that the answer is YES! However, there is
just a little catch. You have to know which sciatica
exercises are right for your specific condition. There are a
handful of generic streches for sciatica that most people
use. Doctors or therapists will usually give you a chart
with a handful of stretching positions for your lower back,
legs, and sciatic nerve.

Have you seen the

above. It is a good stretch but if no two peoples bodies are
the same, how can they recommend the same stretches for
everyone.
In fact, doing
the wrong stretches might actually make the pain
worse.
In order to truly
stretch away your sciatic pain you need to identify which
muscles are out of balance and then use the appropriate
stretches to loosen those particular muscles.
